Rental Application Submission Requirements

Please provide the following for EACH adult applicant (18 years or older):

• A completed and signed Rental Application (One application per adult occupant)
• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification. Examples include:
• Driver’s License
• State Identification Card
• Passport
• A copy of the applicant’s Social Security Card or Tax Identification documentation.
• A recent completed credit report for each adult applicant. Please provide the full
  report, not just the credit score summary. Applicants may obtain free annual credit
  reports from one of the major credit reporting agencies. Additional screening or
  verification may be conducted during the final application review process.
• Proof of income:
• Most recent two pay stubs, OR If self-employed: most recent Federal Tax Return
  or IRS Tax Transcript (preferred).
  Additional supporting documentation may be requested after the initial review process. This
  may include, but is not limited to:
• 1099 forms, bank statements, proof of deposits, employment verification
• other documentation reasonably necessary to verify income, identity, or application
  information.
  Please ensure all applications and supporting documentation are complete and legible before
  submission. Incomplete applications may delay processing or may not be considered.
  To arrange an in-person submission, please contact me to schedule a time to
  return your application materials.

Online Application Submission Instructions

To help protect your personal information, please do NOT submit highly sensitive financial or
identification information through the online process. Additional information and verification
documents may be requested later during the final application review process.
For online submissions:

• Do not include full Social Security numbers. If needed, only provide the last 4 digits.
• Do not include full bank account or routing numbers. If submitting bank statements or
  financial documents, please obscure all but the last 4 digits of any account numbers.
• If submitting a copy or photo of a driver’s license or other state-issued identification card, please obscure a portion of the identification number before uploading. For example, you may cover part of the number with your finger to hide part of the number while leaving your name and photo visible.
• Please review all uploaded documents carefully to ensure sensitive information has been removed or obscured before submission.

Once you have gathered and reviewed all required documents, contact me to request your personalized secure upload link. A private upload portal will then be provided for your application submission.
